Invoice Verification Controller (Maternity leave cover)

As Invoice Verification Controller, you will be joining our Finance team.

This position is a maternity leave cover role. The initial contract is fixed-term, with the possibility of extension.

Key focus areas of your role:

• Comparing goods received notes with electronic invoices
• Processing received credit notes and creating payment obligations
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure the accuracy of electronic invoices
• Testing the accuracy and efficiency of electronic document transfers
• Processing supplier credit notes related to returns in SAP, as well as correcting item-level discrepancies

The ingredients you bring:

• A high school diploma in economics or a related field
• English (B1 level or higher) is required; Greek is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office package
• An analytical way of thinking, an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
