Bid Manager

Work you will do:

• Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting proposals for corporate and private clients
• Coordinate the entire bid creation process, from initial request to final submission, ensuring quality and consistency
• Work closely with the sales team to align proposals with client needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with project team members, clients, and internal departments to gather information and align the proposal with client requirements
• Prepare contracts and proposals, in cooperation with the legal department
• Monitor the execution of contracted projects and related revenue, with accountability for collection
• Track project budgets, participate in the invoicing process, and monitor payment collection
• Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, external partners, and other relevant stakeholders
• Handle logistics activities related to project execution (order tracking, issuing delivery notes, etc.)
• Maintain and update the internal database of proposals, templates, and reference documentation
• Support the team with tender-related activities as needed, including tracking public procurement portals and preparing tender documentation

Skills and experience you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid management, sales support, proposal writing, or a similar role
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end proposal processes and meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients
• Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work well under pressure
