Manufacturing Process Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in formulating, maintaining, and optimizing production processes to improve product quality, production efficiency, and cost control.
• Support the design and enhancement of production line layouts.
• Support the development and validation of new product processes, ensuring smooth integration into the production line.
• Assist in creating and updating process standards such as SOPs, process sheets, and quality control plans.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining production line equipment, ensuring compliance with basic process requirements.
• Analyze and report on process-related production issues, providing fundamental technical support.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping) to support process improvement projects.
• Under guidance, help create and maintain technical documentation related to processes, such as process flow diagrams, BOMs, and production versions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Equipment teams to assist in implementing process improvements.
• Participate in daily technical support tasks, handling predefined simple issues and providing assistance.
• Support senior engineers in developing technical solutions and executing relevant strategies.
• Execute existing technical strategies and plans with the support of team members.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Some background in injection molding machines preferred.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.
