Finance Managerales Assistant

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish the subsidiary’s accounting system and handle full-cycle accounting tasks.
• Prepare and review the subsidiary’s financial statements, providing them to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Produce financial reports required by local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support.
• Consolidate the subsidiary’s financial data for the parent company’s consolidated statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Review and process payment requests.
• Maintain positive relationships with government agencies (statistics, taxation, banking) and external institutions (accounting firms).
• Organize budgeting processes and supervise implementation.
• Strengthen the subsidiary’s financial organization capabilities, promote IT system development, and drive managerial improvements.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of financial management experience; experience in multinational corporations is preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
