What you'll be doing: Oversee HR planning, recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management for the subsidiary.

• Recruitment Management: Plan and coordinate recruitment initiatives based on business needs, ensuring timely and effective talent selection and development.
• Policy & Compliance: Research local labor regulations, establish salary and performance management policies aligned with business objectives, and drive implementation and optimization.
• Employee Relations: Support employee relations initiatives, maintain a positive corporate image, and ensure stable labor relations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Develop and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring equitable salary structures, and handle benefits distribution.
• Performance Management: Establish and refine the company's performance management framework, ensuring effective performance evaluation and improvement.
• Talent Development: Participate in internal training and development programs to build a robust talent pipeline.

Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. At least 3 years of HR experience; experience managing local teams is advantageous. Strong business acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions. Broad perspective, solid analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to drive organizational initiatives. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with the capability to handle cross-border HR legal matters. Deep understanding and respect for diverse cultures, able to manage multicultural teams. Proficiency in English for professional communication.
