Develop Packaging and Ingredients knowledge and Expertise within Lactalis Group, Lead Strategic Projects with local and global Teams (decomplexification, multiple sourcing, group descriptor definition…)

• Analyze and assess supplier technical capabilities
• Build mapping of technical and geographical needs
• Maintain technical and regulatory watch on key topics for the group
• Define with all relevant Stakeholders (R&D, Industrial, Quality, Marketing, …) the strategy of the category, taking into consideration the internal and external partners and context (Lactalis Countries, Regulatory, Market environment, Suppliers…)
• Define sourcing CSR definition relevant to your category
• Drive the strategy with your local counterparts (local buyers and local R&D) and monitor its progress
• Manage the Suppliers Portfolio and define the Suppliers Panel
• Identify Market Opportunities
• Manage regional Tenders
• Monitor your category with KPIs
