Senior Expansion Expert – Real Estate

The Senior Expansion Expert – Real Estate will be responsible for identifying and developing new real estate opportunities within the assigned territory, ensuring the successful execution of development projects from site acquisition through construction completion. The role combines market analysis, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination to support the company's expansion strategy.

• Identify and develop new real estate opportunities within the assigned territory
• Analyse the local market and identify suitable locations for new retail stores
• Manage the administrative documentation required for the proper execution of construction works
• Coordinate and monitor construction activities, ensuring the proper execution of works

Uslovi:

• Degree in Urban Planning, Territorial and Environmental Planning, Law, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in retail expansion and real estate development, within the food or non-food retail sector
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory
• Valid category B driving licence
• Availability to work primarily within the assigned territory, with required visits to the Belgrade office approximately 1–2 times per week
