Structural Design Engineer

PLINTRA is seeking a Structural Engineer with experience in building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge, proven experience working on complex projects, and the ability to work independently on design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and structural calculations of reinforced concrete structures
• Preparation of all phases of project documentation in accordance with applicable laws and standards
• Load calculations and structural stability analysis
• Development of all technical documentation, including formwork and reinforcement drawings
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team within a BIM environment
• Leading and coordinating a team of associate designers

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering – Structural Engineering / Building Construction (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design, detailing, and project coordination
• Solid knowledge of relevant standards (EUROCODE) and legal regulations in the field of structural engineering (DIN EN standards are an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Tower, AutoCAD, ArmCAD, Revit and MS Office (knowledge of other structural analysis software is an asset)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of German is desirable but not required
• Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a structured working approach
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
