SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist

You'll own our new product ClickTerm — clickwrap software for capturing legally enforceable online consent. Every channel is yours to run, from SEO to paid to email, alongside our Lead Marketing Manager, with AI as your leverage across the full funnel.

• SEO Strategy & content: Run keyword research, build a content plan tied to business goals, and write and edit the blog posts, landing pages and product pages yourself.
• On-page SEO: Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal links across the site.
• Technical SEO: Run audits and fix page speed, mobile issues, crawlability, indexing, and schema/structured data.
• Off-page & AI search: Earn quality backlinks, build our presence on Reddit and niche communities, and get content cited in AI Overviews and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Conversion rate optimization: Improve layout, copy, and CTAs to turn more traffic into signups.
• Paid traffic: Plan, set up, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (search, display, social, retargeting). Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and offers, and scale the winners.
• AI & automation: Use AI across all your work — research, content, creative, analysis, and reporting. Build your own automations and workflows to cut manual work (no-code tools like n8n/Zapier, plus light scripting where needed).
• Analytics: Own tracking setup: GA4, events, UTMs, and conversion tracking. Build clear dashboards and report on channel performance.

Key requirements

• 3+ years in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
• Real hands-on experience across SEO, paid, content, social, email, and CRO.
• SEO & CRO know-how. On-page, technical, and content SEO, plus improving pages to convert more traffic into signups.
• Paid media experience. Can run and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns against CAC, ROAS, and CPA.
• AI is already core to how you work. Fluent use to research, create, edit, analyze, and automate. Hands-on with tools like Claude/ChatGPT.
• Strong written English. Clear, simple copy that also translates well across markets.
• Startup-ready, owner mindset. You ship fast, set your own priorities, and don't wait for a brief.
