AI-First Growth Marketer

We're looking for a marketer to lead growth for ClickTerm, our clickwrap consent software. You'll manage the entire marketing funnel across multiple channels alongside our Lead Marketing Manager — and you'll use AI as a core operational tool, not an occasional shortcut.

Responsibilities

• SEO & Content: Execute keyword research and content strategy aligned with business objectives; write and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product pages; perform on-page and technical SEO (speed, mobile, indexing, schema markup); improve conversion rates through layout and copy optimization; build backlinks and develop community presence (Reddit, niche forums); optimize for AI Overview visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini
• Paid Advertising: Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns; own budget allocation and performance optimization; conduct A/B testing on audiences and creatives; track CAC, ROAS, and CPA metrics
• Social & Video: Manage content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Facebook; create and edit videos using AI tools for social, demos, and tutorials
• Lifecycle Marketing: Build welcome, activation, nurture, and win-back email flows; implement automation triggers and audience segmentation
• Analytics: Configure GA4, event tracking, UTMs, and conversion monitoring; build performance dashboards and funnel analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth, digital, or performance marketing
• Full-funnel hands-on experience across SEO, paid, content, social, email, CRO
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, creation, analysis
• Strong SEO and conversion rate optimization expertise
• Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn campaign experience
• Video creation and editing capability
• Familiarity with GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, marketing automation platforms
• Data-driven approach; comfortable with analytics
• Fluent written English
