Technical Sales Manager – Electronic Components

Job Description:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships across the DACH region — Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Maintain daily communication with existing and potential customers
• Present and sell electronic and electromechanical components from the company's portfolio
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare suitable quotations and solutions
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and delivery terms in cooperation with suppliers and procurement
• Maintain CRM and ERP records, monitor sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
• Work closely with technical, logistics and management teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer support
• Participate in supplier meetings, professional training and international trade fairs

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least three years of experience in sales, business development or key account management, preferably within electronic components or technical B2B sales
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Interest in technology and a basic understanding of electronic components
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, supplier meetings and international trade fairs
