Web / Graphic Designer

If design to you isn’t “just a job”, but a way to tell a story, evoke emotion, and build identity – you might be the designer we’re looking for. If you’re a web and graphic designer who knows how to blend aesthetics, strategy, and functionality – based in Niš – and you want your work to be the kind people talk about, we’re here to carefully look through your portfolio.

What you’ll do with us:

• Create full brand identities from scratch (logos, colors, typography, brand books)
• Design websites in Figma
• Craft content for various platforms – websites, social media, blogs, ads
• Prepare print-ready materials (flyers, packaging, posters, branded materials)
• Apply typography, color and layout in ways that make emotional and strategic sense
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and content team
• Help shape the visual direction of our clients' brands

What we expect:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic and/or web design
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent command of Figma – components, layout, grids, responsive logic
• Experience in building brand identities and brand books
• Solid understanding of typography, color, UX logic, and composition
• After Effects skills are a big plus (for animation, microinteractions, or video editing)
• Experience with print production is a bonus
• Sharp eye for detail, precision, and aesthetic consistency
• Team player with an open mind – you collaborate well with developers and strategists
• Able to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality
• You stay updated with design & digital trends
• You strive for design that has depth, narrative, and distinct character
