Marketing / Social Media Manager

134 Agency is hiring a Marketing / Social Media Manager. If you're based in Niš and social media means more to you than just scrolling, if you enjoy brainstorming that turns into standout campaigns, and you know how to shape a brand story people genuinely love, we want to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Develop high-level strategies, campaigns, and messaging, thoughtfully layered and purposeful
• Create smart, scroll-stopping social media concepts people actually want to follow
• Work within a creative team including graphic and web designers, as well as photo and video production
• Oversee content quality and ensure alignment with brand identity
• Plan content that drives results, not just a visually appealing feed
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize strategy based on data
• Communicate with clients, customer experience is a top priority
• Occasionally work on-site with clients, coordinating and preparing shoot days

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with social media.
• Ability to see the bigger picture of a brand, with an innovative approach to vision and execution
• Understanding of algorithms, especially on Instagram and TikTok
• Creativity, trend awareness, and standout ideas
• Ability to turn analytics and data into actionable insights, with team support
• Strong time management and task organization
• Agency experience is a plus
