Requirements

• 3+ years of video editing experience (YouTube focus preferred)
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Experience with thumbnail creation and YouTube optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Post-Production and Viralizing YouTube videos for creators.
• Collaborate with content managers and publishing specialists.
• Integrate feedback quickly and maintain consistent quality.
• Create and test variations for thumbnails, titles, and pacing.
• Manage asset libraries and ensure organization on our CMS and CRM.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends and content best practices.
• Deep dive into analytics to continuously improve quality and performance.
