Engineer - Technologist

Engineer – technologist falls under the category of technicians. Engineer – technologist organizes and supervises the process according to internally developed and repeatedly tested technology. The main objective is operation of the nanocarbon material production complex.

• Controls and regulates consumption of basic raw and auxiliary materials, parameters of technological process: temperature, pressure, and other indicators.
• Predicts and prevents equipment failures.
• Analyses processes in various parts of the technological chain, based on parameters and knowledge of physical and chemical processes during synthesis of nano-carbon material.
• Carries out development of technological instructions and other technological documentation, amends technological documentation in connection with the adjustment of the technological process and production modes.
• Complies with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Shift work.
• Handles pressure vessels and works with equipment in the Ex (explosive) zone.

Skills/Experience/Qualification:

• Higher technical education and at least 5 years of work experience in production or experimental natural sciences.
• Experience of working as an engineer or technologist at oil or refining production facilities and/or on experimental equipment is welcome.
• Basic physics and chemistry knowledge.
• Experience and skills in operating industrial equipment (high-temperature furnaces, chemical reactors, gas distribution equipment).
• Experience working with explosive and flammable gases.
• Knowledge of English language.
