Accountant (Nis)

Basic tasks:

• Managing the entry and exit of goods (receipts, delivery notes), recording all changes in inventory, monitoring the condition of goods by quantity and value
• Processing of documentation, creation of outgoing invoices, control and posting of supplier and customer invoices
• Reconciliation of commodity and financial accounting
• Cooperation with warehouse and sales
• Creating inventory reports
• Monitoring of goods traffic
• Deviation analysis
• Posting of production (operational accounting) class 9
• Posting, balancing and reconciliation of accounts

Other tasks:

• Work on the E-Invoice and E-shipment portals
• Creation of collective and individual VAT records in the safe, preparation of VAT returns and VAT calculation
• Preparation of various tax returns and administration of key accounting documents

Required qualifications:

• University education in economics
• Advanced knowledge of MS office package
• Knowledge of the English language (minimum B1)
• Experience working in the Pantheon program is an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting standards
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• Work experience in the same or similar jobs for at least 3 years
